Triangular shamrock shape with startling tangy sourness

Sometimes known as the "false shamrock" or wood sorrel, this herb has three triangular leaves, coated in white speckles on top. Speckles are most prominent in cooler temperatures. White flowers grow in the late spring. Great to add in a dish or even a cocktail.
