In partnership with Bombay Gin, Farm.One is hosting a special cocktail class celebrating the holidays! Join Zoë Martin, assistant general manager of Williamsburg’s Jaffa Cocktail and Raw Bar, in making two sweet and savory cocktails with Farm.One herbs and flowers: a fruity gin smash and briny gin martini.
This class will include all the gadgets and products necessary to create these festive drinks, as well as a welcome cocktail and mini tour of our farm to see the greens straight from their source. In line with Bombay’s sustainable approaches, the class will also focus on careful, thoughtful sourcing. Come learn a few tips and tricks to get you ready for hosting this holiday season!
