Join us for brunch!

Chef Stephanie Wright will teach you to discover how you can use food as your medicine during our Ayurvedic brunch cooking class! Ayurveda is an ancient system for health and longevity, often called a “sister science of Yoga."  At the center of the Ayurvedic teachings is learning how to tap into your senses to experience the six tastes and create nourishing, balanced meals for your individual needs. During our interactive cooking class, we will explore how to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into your kitchen to help you nourish yourself from the inside out and live in sync with the rhythms of nature.
