Micro Sunflower Shoot (Gray Striped)

This sunflower variety produces a scentless, nutty-flavored leaf and hearty stem. Gray-striped sunflower greens have a lower fat and oil concentration than their black-oil cousins and thus deliver a more mild flavor. They add visual zing and volume to wraps, salad mixes, and green juices.
