Mini Onion

Mini onions, as you might guess from the name, are literally very small onions. The largest they get is about the size of a gold ball and are typically much smaller. There are two types of mini onions: pearl onions and bunching onions. This small onion variety has a sweet flavor that is typically used for sauces and pickling.
