Farm.One Brew Lab Opens November 1, 2023

Located in the retail showroom at our farm in Prospect Heights Brooklyn, the Farm.One Brew Lab is a non-alcoholic bar featuring a selection of classic cocktails, wine and over 60 craft beers, all sans alcohol.

The most notable attribute of the Brew Lab is, of course, the backdrop of the indoor vertical farm. The vertical farm not only provides a visually stunning, awe-inspiring, fun space to socialize, but given our massive variety of herbs,  greens and edible flowers, we can apply a unique farm twist to our offerings that is truly special.

Over the coming months, once approved and properly licensed, the Brew Lab will add an onsite brewery that will serve farm-inspired alcoholic craft beer. The goal is to seamlessly blend the alcohol / non-alcohol social scene into one amazing experience in a way that only Farm.One can do.  

The Brew Lab moniker is a nod to the combination of an indoor vertical farm, non-alcoholic bar and farm brewery. It symbolizes the innovative spirit essential to create a unique and special experience for everyone who shares it with us.
